Hoi started his career as a CAD/CAM Engineer, mainly to serve and take care most of the Japanese manufactory such as Sony, Matsushita (Panasonic), Sumitomo, Sharp, JVC and etc.

As a Senior Sales Manager with 12 years of experience in a System Integrated Company and groups of companies that major in distribution of network and security equipment such as Cisco, 3Com (HPN), D-Link, Watchguard, Huawei etc. Their clients mainly are Government Sector, Insurance Companies, Industry Manufacturing Corporates.

During 2009, Hoi founded his own company focus in System Integration to provide professional service & solution of LAN & WLAN, Network Security, Surveillance System, Smart IIOT, Server & Storage.

Haji Uzir has various experience in the financial industry namely RHB bank Berhad, ANZ Bank Australia (Singapore Branch) and expert in managing and handling a high profile client investment portfolio.                 

Further to that he has designed and developed an entrepreneur programmed collaboration with Mara worth of 50 million in F & B line.                 

Realised that financial is one of his outstanding talents, he has also consulted NFP license holder companies to further expand their current business and operation by connecting and dealing directly with several Telco player in the market such as Digi, Umobile, Maxis and many more. His role mainly to surveys desired locations by Telco companies and negotiate with a local authority landbank rental for approval and secure the agreement between both parties. Furthermore, with his expertise he had assisted the companies to design the fund & financial programmes for them to further increase their number of Telco towers in the market to maximise the company profit.

A Bachelor Degree of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. 20 over years ICT Network Infra-Structure Experience.
